What we collect
When you sign in
- Your name, work email and company, when you first open your invitation.
- If you continue with Google: your name and email address from Google, and your organization's domain if it's a work account. We never see your Google password, and we can't read your email, files or contacts.
- The time you sign in, your IP address and the rough location it points to (city, region, country), and your browser type.
- A random ID saved in your browser, so we can tell your devices apart.
To protect confidential materials
- When you copy, cut or paste: that it happened and how many characters. Never what you copied.
- When you open the print dialog, press the screenshot key, open developer tools, or right-click a picture or video.
- Every page carries a faint watermark with a code for your visit, so a leaked screenshot can be traced back to it.
If you write to us
- What you type when you ask for early access: name, email, company, role, device and note.
Why we use it
- To keep the room limited to the people we invited.
- To understand which materials are useful, and to follow up with you.
- To protect confidential information.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Cookies and your browser
- One cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out removes it.
- If you continue with Google, a second cookie lasts up to 10 minutes while you sign in.
- Your browser also keeps the random device ID, and the email you last used so it's filled in next time.
- We don't use advertising cookies. Calendly may set its own cookies if you open the booking calendar.
Keeping and deleting
We keep this information while we're talking with investors. To see what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email frank@with.inc.
